Xinwu Riveting Fastening System (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
How to use a pneumatic rivet gun
Usage method of pneumatic rivet gun: 1. Before use, drop a small amount of lubricating oil into the air source interface to ensure the tool's performance; 2. Replace with the matching nozzle, which generally comes in sizes 2.4, 3.0/3.2, 4.0, 4.8/5.0, 6.0/6.4; 3. Connect the air source, the pressure for the special Beifu pneumatic rivet gun is specified at 5-7 kg. If the pressure is too low, it will reduce efficiency and may prevent normal riveting; 4. Insert the rivet rod into the nozzle, ensuring the nozzle is flush with the cap edge, then pull the trigger to rivet; 5. After riveting is complete, eject the broken rivet rod and proceed to the next riveting; 6. After the work is completed, disconnect the tool from the air source.

Characteristics and Applications of Seahorse-Type High-Strength Structural Rivets
Seahorse rivets are structural rivets with excellent shear strength and tensile strength. They have high seismic resistance and a large blind end bearing area, making them resistant to deformation. They are suitable for riveting applications that require high strength and have sealing performance requirements.

The technology of aviation fasteners is lagging behind, and the production capacity of the J-20 and Y-20 is hindered. Even after ten years of catching up, it is still difficult to close the gap!
Rapidly Developing Fastener Technology in the US and Russia As the performance requirements for aircraft become increasingly demanding, the performance of fasteners made from ordinary materials has reached its limits. At this point, titanium alloy bolt materials, with their excellent elongation, plasticity, and machinability, have entered the high-end aerospace manufacturing industry. In the 1950s, the United States began using titanium alloy bolt materials in bombers, achieving good results. During the application of these materials, their low density, high strength, and excellent fatigue performance were notable. The alloy composition is very simple, and the cost of semi-finished products is relatively low, leading to widespread use abroad.
Introduction to the Function and Applications of Blind Rivet Nuts
Riveted nuts are made of steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, and are used in the fastening field of various metal sheets, pipes, and other manufacturing industries. They are widely used in the assembly of electromechanical and light industrial products such as automobiles, aviation, railways, refrigeration, elevators, switches, instruments, furniture, and decorations. Developed to address the shortcomings of welding nuts on thin metal sheets and pipes, such as easy melting, deformation of the base material during welding, and slipping of internal threads, they do not require internal threading or welding, and provide high efficiency and convenience in fastening.
