Replacement and warranty contents
The warranty and replacement is limited to the host machine. The package, all kinds of wiring, software products, technical data and other accessories are not covered by the warranty. For the warranty period of specific products, please go to the "warranty inquiry" section.
If the equipment performance problems occur within 15 days after the product is purchased, and there is no scratch on the appearance, the new product can be directly replaced by the test results of the after-sales outlets of the general alliance.
During the free replacement period, according to the inspection results of the after-sales outlets of the General Union, the defective spare parts replaced with the same model or with the same performance shall be returned to Pu Lian; the products without faults shall be returned as they are.
When our service agency serves you, please bring the corresponding invoice and product warranty card; if you can't show the above proof, the free warranty period of the product will be calculated from the date of production. If the product is paid for repair, the same performance problem will enjoy a free warranty period of three months from the date of repair. Please ask for and keep your repair certificate.
Products that have been replaced and guaranteed by Pu Lian will enjoy the remaining term of the original commitment warranty plus a three-month warranty period.
Parts replacement and warranty
The warranty period of wireless external antenna and optical fiber head components is 3 months.
The warranty period of the external power supply is one year, the warranty period of the battery is six months, and the warranty period of the mouse is three months. If the power adapter or battery has obvious hard object damage, crack, broken foot, serious deformation, damaged, broken wire, bare core and other phenomena caused by the user's improper use or accidental factors, it will not be replaced, and the user can purchase it separately.
The following situations are not covered by the free warranty
The warranty period has been exceeded;
Failure or damage of the product caused by failure to install, use, maintain and keep in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual;
Alter or tear up product bar code without authorization;
Without the permission of the general public relations Union, change its own inherent setting documents or dismantle the machine for repair without permission;
Product damage caused by accidental factors or human behavior, such as improper input voltage, high temperature, water, mechanical damage, fall, serious oxidation or rust of the product, etc;
Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading in the process of return repair by customers;
Product failure or damage caused by force majeure such as earthquake, fire, flood, lightning strike, etc;
Other faults or damages not caused by the design, technology, manufacturing and quality of the products.
Maintenance mode
When the product you buy breaks down, you can apply for the warranty service at the place where the product is purchased with valid certificates such as purchase invoice and warranty card. As TP-LINK products implement national joint guarantee, when you can't contact the dealers, you can also directly contact our local offices or customer service department.
The dealers who distribute TP-LINK products apply for warranty service from the technical office or headquarters of General Alliance on behalf of customers. If the new products can be replaced directly in accordance with the provisions of the warranty, the dealer can directly replace the new products for the customers. In other cases, the dealers shall replace the new products to the customers after the dealers replace the repair spare parts with the General Union technology.
The customer or dealer shall bear the freight of the repaired products delivered to the customer or dealer by the customer or the distributor, and the freight of the products after warranty shall be borne by Pu Lian technology.

This warranty will be implemented from January 1, 2019, and is applicable to products purchased after January 1, 2019, and products purchased before January 1, 2019 shall be subject to the warranty policy specified in the original product warranty card.
The above service commitments are only applicable to our TP-LINK products sold in Chinese mainland. If the after-sales service terms are separately agreed upon when the products are sold, the contract confirmed by Pu Lian technology shall prevail.
Our company will not bear any responsibility for the other commitments made by the distributor to the customer that are not the technical guarantee of the general alliance. Please ask for the written proof from the dealer when you purchase, so that the dealer can fulfill the additional commitment to you.
