The steel cylindrical knurled flat head blind hole rivet nut is made of ML10 carbon steel wire, cold heading formed, with high precision and good concentricity. The knurled vertical stripes on the rivet body increase the friction coefficient with the workpiece, enhancing the torsional resistance of the rivet nut. It addresses issues such as the easy melting of metal thin plates and thin pipes during welding, deformation of the base material during welding, and the tendency for internal threads to strip. It does not require welding nuts or tapping internal threads, providing a firm rivet connection. It uses a special automatic rivet nut gun from Teibofu, making installation efficient and easy.
