Full steel countersunk external lock pull rivet:
The core head of the full steel countersunk external lock pull rivet adopts a cup-shaped design, allowing the rivet head to have the ability to deform freely. Therefore, during riveting, the core expands the cap on one side, while on the other side, the core and cap form a mechanical interlock, automatically locking the residual core within the expanded cap. The brim of the cap has a 100-degree angle countersink, resulting in a smooth surface after riveting. The pull rivet has a wide riveting range, providing strong clamping force on the riveted parts, good sealing performance, and shock resistance, with extremely high mechanical strength.
The corresponding Avdel model for the Xingu full steel countersunk external lock pull rivet is monobolt 2761, with main specifications of 4.8mm and 6.4mm (3/16, 1/4).
