All-steel haima nails:
All-steel haima-type rivets are structural rivets made of carbon steel, featuring excellent shear strength and tensile strength, high seismic resistance, and a large blind end bearing area. They are not easily deformed and are suitable for riveting applications that require high strength and sealing performance.
The corresponding Avdel model for Xinyu all-steel haima nails is Hemlok2221, and the corresponding Huck model is ABP-R8. The main dimensions of hemlok2221 and ABP-R8 are 1/4 (6.4mm).
Features:
1. Extremely high shear strength and tensile strength;
2. Larger blind end bearing surface, dispersing axial load/clamping load acting on the blind end workpiece;
3. Spline-type locking nail core structure design, providing strong seismic connection and avoiding abnormal noise;
4. Special applications can achieve axial fixation and radial rotation functions;
Applications:
Xinyu all-steel haima nails are suitable for metal, plastic, and composite materials; haima rivets are widely used in various vehicles, ships, construction, warehouse shelves, freight elevators, distribution cabinets, and other riveting of various thin structural components.

When selecting all-steel flat round head haima-type blind rivets, it is important to ensure that the thickness of the riveted workpiece does not exceed or fall below the riveting range.
The performance testing method for haima nails follows GB/T 3098.18-2004 (ISO14589:2000).
