Full Steel Ring Groove Rivet:
The full steel countersunk ring groove rivet is a structural type of blind rivet designed for connections that require high strength and safety. It is invented based on the unidirectional tensile principle of Hooke's law to prevent loosening. It consists of a steel nail rod with a 90-degree countersink and a steel sleeve. After clamping the two items to be riveted with a special tool for ring groove rivets, the metal of the sleeve is pressed and filled into the annular groove of the rivet shank, ensuring a tight fit between the sleeve and the shank.
The corresponding Avdel model for the Xingu full steel flat round head ring groove rivet is Avdelok 2622, and the corresponding Huck model is C6L90-R. The main specifications for Avdelok 2622 and C6L90-R are 4.8-9.6mm (3/16-3/8).

Applications:
Ring groove rivets are particularly suitable for positions where welding (traditional connection methods) cannot be applied or where connection costs are high. They can replace bolts and nuts and are widely used in industries such as containers, buses, construction, bridges, refrigeration, and rail transit.
The available diameter specifications for full steel countersunk ring groove rivets are 4.8-10.0mm, with sleeves available in standard type C1 and flange type C2, see specification parameter table for details.
The mechanical performance testing method for ring groove rivet products follows GB/T 3098.18-2004 (ISO14589:2000).
