All stainless steel countersunk double dome blind rivets
All stainless steel countersunk double dome blind rivets are a type of special open-type rivet made of stainless steel. During riveting, the core pulls the end of the cap into a single dome, double dome, or multiple domes, clamping two or more structural components together and reducing the pressure applied to the surface of the structural components.
Features:
1. Multi-layer riveting capability with good sealing performance;
2. Good hole-filling ability, compensating for irregular holes, oversized holes, or oval holes during riveting;
3. After pulling the rivet, it forms one or more large domes at the axial blind end, evenly distributing the load on the tail over a larger pressure-bearing surface, making it more suitable for multi-layer thin plate riveting and non-metallic component connections;
4. Provides strong shock resistance and core locking force after riveting to avoid abnormal sounds;
5. Good corrosion resistance and high mechanical performance, with a smooth surface after riveting;
6. Wide riveting range, which can reduce the inventory of spare rivets, suitable for varying riveting thicknesses (recommended riveting thickness is larger than open-type).
Applications:
