All stainless steel single dome rivet:
The all stainless steel countersunk single dome rivet is a structural rivet made of carbon steel. During riveting, the core pulls the end of the cap into a single dome, clamping the two structural parts to be riveted together. After riveting, the tail is ring-shaped and can disperse the pressure acting on the surface of the structural parts. The cap has a 120-degree countersink, resulting in a smooth surface after riveting.
The corresponding Avdel model for the Xinwu all stainless steel single dome rivet is Avibulb BN01, with main dimensions of 3.2-4.8mm (1/8-3/16).
Characteristics:
1. High tensile and shear strength;
2. Good hole filling capability, can fill irregular, large, cracked holes and offset holes, preventing further expansion of irregular holes;
3. The blind end provides a large dome, which can reduce the surface pressure on the riveted material;
