Aluminum steel flower-type blind rivet (flower rivet):
Aluminum steel flower-type blind rivet (flower rivet) is a type of rivet designed with a special structure, where the head of the rivet core is prefabricated into four sharp edges, cutting the rivet body into a "four-petal flower" during the riveting process, thus obtaining a large blind end bearing surface.
Features:
1. Wide riveting range;
2. A larger blind end bearing surface disperses the axial clamping load acting on the blind end workpiece;
3. An ideal choice for riveting soft materials such as paper and plastic.
Applications:
Flower rivets (flower rivets) are widely used in the packaging materials of various high-end alcoholic beverages, food, gifts, and other products, as well as key components for anti-counterfeiting and authenticity of brands and famous products. Currently, hundreds of liquor factories across the country have adopted aluminum steel flower rivets for the anti-counterfeiting packaging of liquor products. Using aluminum steel flat round head flower-type blind rivets for sealing packaging can make the packaging more secure and aesthetically pleasing, avoiding loosening and pull-out phenomena that ordinary rivets may encounter when riveting softer materials, especially in the packaging process of paper, wood, and plastic.
