Aluminum steel double drum type blind rivet:
The aluminum steel countersunk double drum type blind rivet is a special blind rivet composed of an aluminum rivet body and a carbon steel nail core. When the double drum rivet is riveted, the nail core pulls the end of the rivet body into a single drum, double drum, or multi-drum shape, clamping the two structural parts to be riveted together, dispersing the pressure acting on the blind end of the rivet joint. The countersunk head with a 120-degree angle ensures a smooth surface after riveting.
The corresponding Avdel model for the Xingu aluminum steel double drum type flat round head blind rivet is Avex 1604, with main specifications of 3.0-6.4mm (1/4).

Applications:
Xingu aluminum steel double drum type blind rivets are suitable for connections between metal parts and plastic parts, metal parts and metal parts, plastic parts and plastic parts, as well as between metal thin plates. They are widely used in industries such as automotive, home appliances, electronics, general light industry, and heating and cooling air conditioning.
