Aluminum-steel double-bell type blind rivet:
The aluminum-steel double-bell type blind rivet is a special open-type blind rivet composed of an aluminum rivet body and a carbon steel nail core. When the double-bell rivet is riveted, the nail core pulls the end of the rivet body into a single bell, double bell, or multiple bells, clamping the two structural components to be riveted together and distributing the pressure acting on the blind end of the riveted surface.
The corresponding Avdel model for the Xingu aluminum-steel double-bell type flat round head blind rivet is Avex 1661, with main specifications of 3.0-6.4mm (1/4);
Characteristics:
1. Multi-layer riveting capability;
2. Good sealing performance;
3. Provides one or more large bells at the axial blind end;
4. Retains residual nail core;
5. Wide selection of installation tools;
6. Can be operated by one person within the standard riveting range;
7. Suitable for varying riveting thicknesses (recommended riveting thickness is larger than open type);
8. Reduces spare rivet inventory;
9. Suitable for thin plate riveting;
10. Can fill irregular holes;
11. Can prevent irregular holes from further expanding;
12. Provides strong shock resistance after riveting.
Application:
Xingu aluminum-steel double-bell type blind rivets are suitable for connections between metal parts and metal parts, metal parts and plastic parts, plastic parts and plastic parts, as well as between metal thin plates, widely used in industries such as automotive, home appliances, electronics, general light industry, and heating and cooling air conditioning.

Product testing method is conducted according to GB/T 3098.18-2004 (ISO14589:2000).
