All-Aluminum Seahorse Rivet:
The all-aluminum seahorse rivet is a structural rivet made of aluminum alloy, featuring excellent shear strength and tensile strength, high seismic resistance, and a large blind end load-bearing area. It is not easily deformed and is suitable for riveting applications that require high strength and sealing performance.
The corresponding Avdel model for the Xingu all-aluminum seahorse rivet is Hemlok2241, and the corresponding Huck model is ABP-B8. The main dimensions of hemlok2241 and ABP-B8 are 1/4 (6.4mm).
Features:
1. Extremely high shear strength and tensile strength;
2. Larger blind end load-bearing surface, dispersing axial load/clamping load acting on the blind end workpiece;
3. Spline-type locking pin core structure design, providing strong seismic connection and avoiding noise generation;
