    Troubleshooting
    Fault Causes Exclusion measures
    1. Control lever has air leakage Is 48#.45#.44#."O" ring wear Replace the above "O" rings
    2. Oil mist is sprayed from the exhaust port Moisture mixed in compression Drain the water from the oil-water separator and air compressor cleanly
    3. The return rivet reset speed is slow Lack of grease Drip two drops of TEBEF special hydraulic oil at the air inlet
    4. Rivet nut bulging is insufficient
    Or insufficient tightening
    1. Pull rod wear
    2. Stroke adjustment is incorrect
    3. Air pressure is low
    4. Insufficient hydraulic oil
    5. Workpiece plate thickness does not match
    1. Replace the corresponding pull rod
    2. Recalibrate the stroke
    3. Adjust the air pressure
    4. Add hydraulic oil
    5. Check the dimensions of the rivet nut and the thickness of the riveted plate
    5. The pull rod keeps rotating backward 1. Hydraulic oil deteriorated, swollen
    2. 25# reset spring fatigue
    1. Replace hydraulic oil
    2. Replace 25# reset spring
    6. The pull rod cannot rotate forward
The pull rod cannot rotate backward
    1. Pneumatic motor rotation is blocked
    2. 14.5# fixed nut is loose
    1. Check the air circuit and clear the blockage
    2. Single-sided jog twice, if it still does not rotate, the motor must be disassembled for cleaning and lubrication of the components
    3. Tighten the fixed nut of the pneumatic motor
    7. Rivet nut cannot be screwed in
    Rivet nut cannot be retracted
    1. The pull rod is not selected correctly
    2. The thread of the pull rod has impurities
    3. The rivet nut is not selected correctly
    1. Replace with the corresponding pull rod
    2. Use a brass brush to clean the thread impurities
    3. Replace with rivet nuts of the same specification
